They have a great selection of baits, and the workers' personalities completed the experience! They're offering $1000 cash if you bring the next state record perch to them. They have certified scales, too, so you can bring in any brutes and get an accurate weight even if it isn't the record. I wish we had tackle shops like this back home in Minnesota!

Outstanding customer service! Went to Cascade Reservoir ice fishing for giant perch. At the end of day one, we broke our ice auger. Went to Tackle Tom’s to check on a rental for the next day. Unfortunately all of their rental auger were out for the weekend. So what did they do? They tore open a brand new propane auger, put in the oil and “created” a rental auger for us. I can not tell you how impressed we were with this! Lifetime customer now!

I have been going to Tackle Tom's every since I can remember They have always been up to date with all the fishing around the area. Every year for my birthday I got to go fishing at skunk crick res. or Herrick as some know it I guess lol, anyways even though the turn off was a bit south of town we would always go through Cascade and over the hill by way of Horsethief just so we could stop at toms and pick up some probably unneeded supplies. Toms has always been generous with fishing info (whats hot and whats not) Great people great town!!!
